NTDC was founded by Dr. Andrew Penuvchev, who acquired his own practice and merged it with the practice of his mentor and family dentist, Dr. Don Stephenson. In 2007, NTDC was officially incorporated, and since then, has grown through the addition of two neighboring practices. We are also pleased to welcome the skilled staff and dentists, Dr. Shabotynsky and Dr. Nicola, from Avenue Lawrence Dental, who have joined the NTDC family.
